Decades of community focus

When Gorst Rural was founded back in 1986, it was built on a principle of providing the very best services and helping the community grow. Fast forward to today, and nothing has changed. We absolutely love being part of the local community, and we endeavour to give back at any chance we get.

We pride ourselves on being an integral part of rural life in the region. It’s not just because of the products and services we provide, but how we involve ourself in the community. Gorst Rural has always employed locals, and we always strive to support other local businesses.

To us, it’s all part of being in a small community.
So many primary producers and other locals have supported us throughout the years,
and we want to repay that support wherever we can.

Proud to be local

It’s one thing to talk about being a proud local business, but it’s another to step up when the community is in need. We’ve always tried to do that at Gorst Rural, and a large portion of our revenue goes back into the local business and community. We do this through sponsorship of our kindergartens, schools, sporting clubs, festivals, health services and like charities.
